Pick up:
If you are picking up merchandise, purchase your items online and choose pick up as your shipping option. We will send you an e-mail or call you to set an appointment to pick up your merchandise and complete any necessary paperwork if any. When coming to fill out your paperwork please be prepared to show us a valid CA drivers license with your current address. If it does not have your current address you must also provide a utility bill that has your name and current address. Please be aware that there is a 10 wait on all CA firearms purchases and payment is due in full at the time of processing the paperwork.
Transfers:
Our transfer fee is $35 for purchasing from out of state or private party transfers.
We will transfer you firearm to your local FFL. Upon purchase you will need to e-mail a copy of your FFL's license or provide us with a contact number. You will be required to complete all required paperwork with your local dealer. Please be aware that the transfer fee for this transaction will be between you and your local dealer. Our fee does not apply and will not be charged.
If you purchased a firearm from out of state the dealer or seller will need a copy of our license in order to ship the firearm to us. Please provide us with the contact information by sending an e-mail to us by clicking here. We will forward our information to your dealer or seller and co-ordinate shipping to our location. We will then contact you by e-mail or phone to set an appointment to fill out all required paperwork. Please be aware that their will be a $35 transfer plus the DROS fees of $25.
Shipping:
All firearms will be shipped via UPS. Accessories may be shipped via UPS or USPS. If you have purchased a firearm and accessories, all items will be shipped via UPS. We will ship all items as they are available. If you would like us to hold your order until all back ordered items are in please include a message during checkout in the special instructions or comments section that you would like to hold shipment until all back ordered items are in. Once the item is shipped we will send you a tracking number if shipped by UPS.
We ship to U.S. addresses only.
Returns:
All firearms sales are final, unless there has been an error on our part. In that case the firearms must be returned within 7 days in unused condition. And all packaging material must undamaged. If you are out of the local area contact us by clicking here and we will arrange to have the firearms shipped back to us.
Accessories may be returned with in 30 day, but must be unused condition with all original packaging intact and undamaged. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. In the case of our error you may contact us by clicking here and we will arrange to pay the shipping costs.
